The Russian Federation is transferring missile and nuclear programs to North Korea. In return, Russia is receiving soldiers from the DPRK.
According to RBK-Ukraine, this was stated by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
He noted that the increasing closeness between Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran highlights the global nature of the threats NATO will soon face.
"In exchange for troops and weapons, Russia is providing North Korea with support for its missile and nuclear programs. Such developments could destabilize the Korean Peninsula and even pose a threat to the United States," Rutte stated.
In his opinion, Russia's invasion of Ukraine endangers everyone. This is why Europe, North America, and other partners must unite.
Previously, we reported that the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin approved changes to the nuclear doctrine. According to these changes, Russia will be able to use nuclear weapons in response to a massive drone attack or an assault on its territory by a "non-nuclear state with the support of a nuclear one."
At the beginning of October, it became known that soldiers from North Korea arrived in Russia. They were sent to the Kursk region, where combat operations are ongoing.
According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga, DPRK wants to obtain technologies from Russia in exchange for soldiers. This refers to technologies in missile, nuclear, and other military programs.
