The Russian army launched another strike on the Izmail district in the Odessa region on the night of Thursday, January 30. A hospital and private homes were damaged there.
According to RBK-Ukraine, this was reported by the head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, on Telegram.
As per his information, the attack on the district occurred at dawn. Air defense forces were engaged in destroying enemy drones.
As a result of the enemy attack, two private residential houses, a grain warehouse, and passenger cars were damaged. The district hospital was also affected: windows were shattered and the facade along with the ceiling was damaged.
"All relevant services are working at the scene. Law enforcement is documenting the consequences of another terrorist act by the Russians against the civilian population of the Odessa region," Kiper wrote.

Three people died, and 11 were injured, including a child. Izmail was also attacked on July 24, resulting in damage to the port and injuries to three individuals.
Yesterday, the port infrastructure of the Odessa region came under fire. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries. However, damage to buildings was recorded as a result of the shelling.
