This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the National Police.

As part of criminal cases, law enforcement conducted 270 searches, revealing criminal schemes across 19 regions.

The suspects mainly include private entrepreneurs who provided false information for entry into the "Shlyakh" system, as well as individuals who organized a "business" for transporting conscription-age men bypassing border crossing points.

The police also exposed administrators of various messaging apps who sought and accepted "orders" from "clients," and groups involved in the production of fake documents regarding unfitness for military service.

During the searches, law enforcement seized documents, including medical records concerning conscription-age individuals, as well as computer equipment, drafts, mobile phones, foreign currency, and more.

The suspects have already been notified of suspicion under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, particularly under part 3 of Article 332 - illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine. They face up to nine years in prison with confiscation of property and prohibition from holding certain positions.

Illegal Exit from Ukraine

Recall that in early January, the police reported on large-scale searches related to cases of illegal transportation of conscription-age men abroad. Law enforcement conducted over 600 simultaneous searches.

According to law enforcement, the actions of the perpetrators led to hundreds of military-eligible individuals leaving the country.

Later, the police clarified that they had dismantled nearly fifty schemes for illegal border crossings in 22 regions of Ukraine. Law enforcement served over 60 notices of suspicion to the suspects in these cases.
