Dnipropetrovsk businessman Leonid Dubinsky has been released from pre-trial detention. A bail of 60 million hryvnias was posted on his behalf.

It is worth mentioning that it was previously revealed that Ukrainian law enforcement uncovered a scheme involving the misappropriation of over 129 million hryvnias allocated for the restoration of critical infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to NABU and SAP, several individuals are involved in the scheme, including businessman Leonid Dubinsky. He is wanted by the FBI for real estate fraud in California.
The businessman has been placed under arrest with the option to post bail of 60 million hryvnias.
