To prepare a tasty and healthy cabbage and carrot salad in the Korean style, we will need:
- cabbage – 350-400 g
- cucumber – 85 g
- carrot – 60 g
- onion – 30 g
- bell pepper – 80 g
- garlic – 1-2 cloves
- herbs – to taste

- 50 g vegetable oil
- 20 g 9% vinegar
- salt – to taste
