The tariff increase affects Vinogradovo (Zakarpattia region). Mikhail Mocharko, the engineer of the Vinogradovo Utility Company, stated that this decision was made due to a significant rise in electricity costs. He noted that the current tariffs no longer cover the cost of providing services, complicating the stable operation of the enterprise.

"Considering the increase in energy prices, the existing tariffs do not cover the cost of providing centralized water supply and sewage services by the Vinogradovo Utility Company," Mocharko emphasized.

As reported by Politeka, engineer Mikhail Mocharko explained that revising the tariffs is a necessary step for the stable operation of the enterprise and the uninterrupted supply of drinking water to residents.
