Today, December 13, the Russian army launched a massive strike against Ukraine.

Explosions were heard in several regions, including Odesa, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Khmelnytskyi oblasts.

The threat from "Shaheds" has been joined by enemy aviation and naval forces.

Ukrenergo has already reported restrictions on electricity usage, and there are also known preventive power outages in the south.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has informed that the enemy launched rockets at Odesa from the north.

The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, and Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov have appealed to the residents of the city and region to stay in shelters.

It is known that the lights have gone out in homes, and locals are reporting on social media that there is also a lack of water.

Reports indicate that electric transport has "stopped" on the streets, but the reasons are still unknown.

Additionally, the director of the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council, Elena Buinevich, reached out to parents with a statement regarding safety rules.

"Do not go out on the streets with children during alarms," Buinevich stated.

Classes in Odesa start after the air raid alert is lifted.

It should be noted that due to the enemy attack, energy companies have intensified power outage schedules in various regions of Ukraine.
