The client of "PrivatBank" shared the issues he faced while trying to receive payments for his "Health Insurance" package.
This was reported on the Minfin website, where citizens can discuss their concerns with bank representatives. The insurance company denied reimbursement due to certain obstacles.
The client of "PrivatBank" mentioned that in 2024, he was offered health insurance from a partner of "PrivatBank" - an insurance company. He agreed and signed up for the insurance package. However, a year later, when his health deteriorated sharply, he sought assistance but was denied.
"About a year ago, a representative from PrivatBank called and offered to arrange insurance. Their partner is the insurance company. A life and health insurance package was established. Now, when I sought help, I was denied reimbursement," the client of "PrivatBank" reported.
The insurance company explained the denial by stating that the client's health issues arose before the contract was signed. This refers to a heart attack that occurred in 2020. The insurance program was established in early 2024, and by the end of that year, the man was hospitalized in serious condition. After a worsening of his condition, he underwent an expensive surgery, but the insurance company determined that this case did not qualify for reimbursement.
