Martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine will continue until May 9, 2025, so it is important to know how to extend the deferment from mobilization after February 28, reports Politeka.net.
According to the new mobilization rules in Ukraine, which will take effect in 2025, reservations made before December 1, 2024, will expire on February 28, 2025.
Those liable for military service who applied for a deferment through the "Reserv+" app before February 8, 2025, must log into the app and update it to extend their deferment for three months.
If the app is not updated, the deferment may be lost.
February 28, 2025, marks the expiration of reservations for military service in Ukraine.
How to extend the deferment from mobilization after February 28:
Companies that fail to submit documents for re-confirmation will lose their status as critically important, resulting in all employees losing their reservations.
After February 28, leaders of critically important enterprises must re-reserve their employees within 72 hours using the "Diya" app.
As reported by Politeka, lawyer Kateryna Anishchenko added that students and parents of three or more children will automatically continue their deferment if their military registration documents are in order.
"If the mothers are different, there will be questions, and this could lead to issues," the message states.
