DTEK has warned residents of the Kyiv region about power outage schedules for Monday, March 3, 2025, reports Politeka.
Currently, there are no planned power outages in Kyiv, but many cities and villages in the Kyiv region are undergoing preventive maintenance, which may leave residents without electricity for up to 10 hours a day.
Below you can find out which localities in the Kyiv region have scheduled power outages for March 3, according to Politeka.
In particular, in Obukhiv, a power outage schedule has been set for March 3 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM for maintenance work. Currently, power will be unavailable in certain streets and lanes: Voloshkova, Svobodny, Uyutny, Polyansky 2 microdistrict, and Symyrenko.
Additionally, DTEK has established power outage schedules for March 3 in the Borodyanka community. On Monday, March 3, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, power will be turned off in the village of Berestyanka (on Rodnykova, Unknown Soldiers, and Central streets), as well as in the village of Shybenne (on Pokrovska and Shevchenko streets).
Moreover, on March 3, between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, there will be additional power outages in several other localities within the Borodyanka settlement territorial community: Borodyanka, Bondarne, Vyshnyaki, Druzhne, Zahaltse, Maidanivka, Nova Buda, Potashne, Yazvynka, and Khutor Hai.
All these power outage schedules are not related to regular stabilization or emergency outages. They are due to preventive maintenance work that aims to enhance the reliability of the power grid.
