In the Transcarpathian region, Ukrainian law enforcement has uncovered a scheme orchestrated by the head of a local recruitment center. He was "selling" fake health-related documents to men.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Security Service of Ukraine on Telegram.
As noted by the SBU, two schemes for evading mobilization were exposed in Transcarpathia. One was organized by the head of the local recruitment center, while the other was run by the deputy commander of the territorial defense.

Law enforcement discovered that the suspects used the same method — in exchange for bribes, they offered men fake documents indicating "poor" health.
"To accomplish this, the officials provided potential draftees with fictitious medical conclusions from the military medical commission about severe illnesses. Subsequently, the evaders used the forgery to be removed from military registration and could illegally leave Ukraine," the SBU clarified.
From each client, the suspects demanded around 4 thousand dollars. They have been notified of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code. The organizers of the schemes face up to 10 years in prison with asset confiscation.
It is worth noting that schemes for evading mobilization organized by staff of territorial recruitment centers have been repeatedly uncovered in Ukraine.
In particular, it was reported a few weeks ago about the detention of an assistant to the head of the Podilsk recruitment center. He was allegedly demanding a bribe from an evader.
