Russian Strikes on Zaporizhzhia

It is noteworthy that the city of Zaporizhzhia, like other populated areas in Ukraine near the front line, is frequently subjected to Russian strikes. The occupiers use guided aerial bombs, rockets of various types, and drones for shelling.

For instance, on January 8, Russian terrorists carried out an aerial strike on Zaporizhzhia. At that time, two bombs hit residential buildings in the Shevchenkivskyi district, landing on the central street of the residential area. Due to the enemy attack, there were casualties and injuries, with the numbers continuing to rise.

Fedorov explained in a comment to RBK-Ukraine why there were so many casualties in the city. According to him, the strike occurred when locals were returning home after their work shifts.

As of the latest data (as of January 27), the number of casualties from that Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia has risen to 15.
