Last night, in the Kyiv region, a residential building in Vyshneve was damaged due to an enemy airstrike involving drones, and a production facility caught fire in the Fastiv district. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the State Emergency Service (SES).
Emergency responders released footage on the morning of January 25, showing the aftermath of the Russian drone strike in the Kyiv region.
According to the SES, balconies on the 5th to 9th floors of the residential building in Vyshneve were destroyed due to the enemy attack.
Three people were rescued from the 5th floor, and two more from the 7th floor, including two children.
"Preliminary reports indicate no injuries. A total of 42 rescuers and 7 units of equipment are working on-site. Information is being updated," the SES stated.
Additionally, the Service reported that there was a fire in a production facility in the Fastiv district, which was extinguished over an area of 600 square meters.
Again, there were no casualties or injuries.
As previously reported, in the evening prior, the Russian military launched several groups of strike drones towards Ukraine. Air alerts were declared in several regions due to the threat of "Shahed" strikes.
During the night, explosions were heard in Kyiv amid the enemy drone attack.
It was also reported that due to the "Shaheds," a residential multi-story building in two districts of the Kyiv region was damaged, and a fire occurred at a production facility. Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries.
In the morning, the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration announced that the enemy attacked critical infrastructure in the Cherkasy region with strike drones, leaving the city of Cherkasy partially without electricity.
