An explosion occurred in the center of Dnipro on February 22. The emergency took place on Rudensko Street.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine from the National Police of Ukraine.
It is known that the preliminary suspected cause of the explosion is a technical malfunction of the boiler, with the final cause still under investigation.
"As a result of the boiler's depressurization and technical failure, an explosion occurred - windows of the boiler room were blown out, and there were no casualties. There was no fire," the law enforcement officials noted.
In December of last year, an explosion occurred in Dnipro. Local media reported that a car was likely blown up. It later became clear that the explosion in a central area of Dnipro was a terrorist act. As a result of the incident, a military personnel lost their life.
Additionally, in November 2024, Ukraine recorded a wave of sabotage against law enforcement. The perpetrators used explosives to carry out detonations.
