As of this morning, two districts in the Odesa region remain partially without electricity. This concerns the Podilskyi and Odesa districts.
This was announced by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, according to a report from RBK-Ukraine citing his message on Telegram.
He added that water supply in Odesa is gradually being restored, although some facilities are operating on generators.
Additionally, 674 points of invincibility have been set up to assist residents in challenging conditions. The operation hours of drinking water kiosks have been extended until 10:00 PM, and water trucks with technical water are operating in the city.
Heating in Odesa has been partially restored; however, work is ongoing to fully restore the heating supply. Hospitals and critical infrastructure are being supplied with electricity thanks to alternative and backup sources.
Kiper also mentioned that educational institutions in Odesa will not operate on November 18 and 19.
Yesterday, Russia conducted its largest shelling in the last three months. As of 12:00 PM in Ukraine, 120 missiles and 90 drones had been launched. Air defense forces had destroyed 144 enemy targets by that time.
The Odesa region suffered the most from the attack. The area is experiencing disruptions in electricity, water, and heating supply.
