An employee of the critical enterprise LLC "ATF AGRO-DELO" has been mobilized in Mykolaiv. He had been previously exempted from mobilization.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing MP Oleksandr Fedienko on Telegram and the Mykolaiv Regional TCC on Facebook.

Mobilization of the Exempted Employee

According to Fedienko, the employee of LLC "ATF AGRO-DELO" was mobilized after his deferment was canceled.

"The issue with this situation is that now such a person cannot be demobilized. The enterprise is losing a critically important employee," he added.

Response from TCC

The TCC explained that on November 5 of last year, the Mykolaiv District Military Commissariat received an order from the head of the Mykolaiv District Military Administration to cancel mobilization tasks (orders) for certain enterprises, including LLC "ATF AGRO-DELO".

As a result, the provided deferment was subject to cancellation. Additionally, the Unified State Register of Conscripts automatically annulled the reservation of employees of the aforementioned enterprise.

"However, besides the existence of a mobilization task (order), due to the cancellation which led to the annulment of the reservation, the specified enterprise was previously recognized as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population during a special period," the TCC clarified.

This fact was not taken into account by the employees of the Mykolaiv District TCC. Therefore, the Mykolaiv Regional TCC will conduct an internal investigation.

We remind you that earlier the TCC outlined the conditions under which police can detain conscripted men.
