On Tuesday, January 21, the Russian army struck the city of Kupiansk. A "Molniya" drone targeted a law enforcement vehicle.

According to the Ministry, three police officers sustained shrapnel wounds of varying severity. A civilian vehicle was also hit, injuring a 64-year-old woman and her 68-year-old husband.
"The enemy launched an attack with the 'Molniya-2' drone. Medical assistance is being provided to the victims. A service vehicle was damaged. Necessary services are working at the scene," the statement said.
