Today, footage was shared online showing a man in military uniform smashing the windshield of a car. Local Telegram channels claimed that the driver was allegedly being detained.

Social media noted that the incident unfolded in front of the police. It was assumed that the driver likely intended to flee the scene to avoid receiving a summons.

The police stated that at the checkpoint in the Kyiv region, the driver refused to provide documents during the military record check.

"Continuing to drive the vehicle, the driver ran over a TCC employee, after which the TCC employee punched the windshield of the car. The driver fled the scene. The injured party went to the hospital, where he received necessary assistance," the police reported.

Additionally, the police announced that they have initiated an internal investigation to assess the actions of the officers involved.

Scandals Involving the TCC

RBK-Ukraine reported that in the Vinnytsia region, during a verbal altercation, a TCC military officer beat a man. The victim is currently under medical observation. The military officer has been served with a notice of suspicion.

Another incident recently occurred in Vyshgorod in the Kyiv region. Social media showed footage of a group of people in military uniforms attempting to open a car parked by the roadside. One of the men allegedly sprayed pepper spray into the vehicle. Later, the TCC provided their version of the events, and the police began an internal investigation.

Also, recently in Odesa, a man "dragged" a TCC military officer on the car doors, resulting in the serviceman suffering a concussion.
