On Saturday, January 26, a video emerged on social media showing teenagers attacking a boy in an area resembling a basement entrance. The incident took place in the Kyiv region, and the police are already conducting an investigation.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Telegram from the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv region.
"Today, January 25, during monitoring of social media on one of the Telegram channels, law enforcement officers discovered a video in which teenagers are beating a boy. The police of Kyiv region are investigating the incident of the young man's assault in Buchanshchyna," the statement said.
Additionally, law enforcement informed that police officers have entered information into the Unified Register of Statements and Reports on Criminal Offenses and Other Events.
As of the evening of Saturday, January 25, police are establishing the circumstances of the incident and identifying all participants.
We recall that recently a video surfaced on social media showing the beating of a schoolgirl in the Obolon district of Kyiv. Following the incident, the capital's police initiated an investigation. A day later, law enforcement managed to identify individuals involved in these actions.
We also reported that in Bila Tserkva, a group of teenagers beat and humiliated a 12-year-old girl. The video published on social media showed the teenager being humiliated by having used chewing gum thrown at her, as well as being physically assaulted. Furthermore, one of the videos captured threats directed at the girl.
