This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).
The likely cause of the deteriorating air quality is the accumulation of suspended particles. Additionally, the low wind conditions combined with high atmospheric pressure hinder the dispersion of dust.
