Explosions were reported in Kyiv and Kryvyi Rih on the evening of February 22. An air raid alert has been declared across most of Ukraine.
This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, citing the Chairman of the Defense Council of Kryvyi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul, and the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitalii Klitschko.
"Enemy missile attack on a civilian infrastructure facility," Vilkul stated.
At the same time, Klitschko noted that there was noise in the capital due to the operation of air defense forces. He also urged residents to stay in shelters.
"Air defense is active in the city center," the mayor added.

The Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysyak, reported that the Russian army attacked Kryvyi Rih.
"Preliminary reports indicate damage to civilian infrastructure. We are clarifying whether there are any casualties," he said.
He emphasized that the air raid alert is ongoing and urged people to remain in a safe place until it is lifted.
It should be noted that late in the evening on February 22, an air raid alert was declared in several regions of Ukraine.
The military reported detecting enemy drones and warned that air defense forces were operating, which is why explosions could be heard in some areas.
More details about the threat of a Russian attack can be found in the RBK-Ukraine article.
It is worth mentioning that on the night of February 22, the Russians launched over 160 drones towards Ukraine.
As of 8 AM, air defense forces shot down more than half of them, although several dozen enemy decoy drones were locally lost.
