This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration (OVA) Serhiy Lysak.

The official noted that Russian occupiers launched a massive attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region early in the morning.

"Information about the consequences is being clarified," the head of the OVA conveyed.

He also mentioned that it is already known about the damage to an industrial enterprise in Dnipro, and "there were also two fires in the city."

In turn, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, also reported on the fires and the damaged enterprise in Dnipro via Telegram.

"In the morning, the region is under enemy attack. It was loud in Dnipro - several fires occurred. An enterprise was damaged," his statement reads.

Russian Shelling of Dnipro and the Region

Around five o'clock in the morning on November 21, it became known that a MiG-31K took off in Russia, which is a carrier of air-launched ballistic missiles "Kinzhal". Consequently, a large-scale air alarm was declared in Ukraine.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also reported on the movement of a high-speed target towards Dnipro during the enemy shelling, and explosions were heard in the city.

Additionally, Russian Tu-95 aircraft launched missiles, presumably X-101, at Ukraine. During this attack, reports of explosions in Dnipro emerged.

Also, around six in the morning, five Russian missile carriers were recorded in the Black Sea with a total salvo of up to 28 "Kalibrs".

Furthermore, the Dnipropetrovsk OVA and Regional Council reported today that on the night of November 21, Russian occupiers also shelled the Nikopol region multiple times using artillery and Grad multiple rocket launchers. In particular, the enemy targeted Nikopol, as well as the Krasnohrihorivka and Pokrovsk communities.
