The SBU and police have apprehended two more individuals involved in the terrorist attack near the TCK in Dnipro. They are suspected of manufacturing an explosive device.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
The law enforcement officers detained two agents of the Russian Federation, who acted separately from the "executor" and created a homemade explosive device (HED).
The suspects turned out to be a 33-year-old deserter who had abandoned his military unit and was hiding in Dnipro, along with his 25-year-old wife. They were recruited while searching for "easy" earnings on specialized Telegram channels.
Following the occupiers' instructions, the suspects manufactured the explosives and then concealed them in a bag, placing it in a predetermined hideout. After that, the traitors remotely monitored how the "executor" retrieved the device from the hideout, reporting back to their Russian supervisor via messenger. To avoid raising suspicions during their outings, the suspects brought along their three-year-old child.
After the terrorist attack, the couple attempted to "go underground" by moving to another rented apartment. During a search, their mobile phones and clothing containing evidence of crimes were seized, along with Russian instructions for making an explosive device.
Both detainees have been charged under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

Let us remind you that on December 14, an explosion occurred near the TCK building in Dnipro. A military serviceman became the victim of the blast, and two law enforcement officers were injured.
Within a few hours after the attack, law enforcement officials detained the direct executor of the crime - a 37-year-old local resident who worked for the Russian special services.
Later, the bomber was placed in custody.
