The Ukrainian military has struck an enemy air defense system "TOR-M2". This incident occurred in the Zaporizhzhia region.

This information is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Unmanned Systems Forces.

According to the Unmanned Systems Forces, the hostile weapon was hit by operators from the 412th "NEMESIS" regiment. This took place near the settlement of Zelenopol.

As a result of critical damage, the system became unusable. The cost of a new air defense system is approximately 25 million dollars - yet another significant loss for the Russian air defense system.

"Operators of the USF clearly demonstrate how precise planning and modern technologies are changing the battlefield," the video is captioned.

Unmanned Systems Forces in Ukraine

Previously, we reported that Ukraine became the first country to establish a new type of troops - Unmanned Systems Forces. On June 25, 2024, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree to create the USF of the Armed Forces.
