Russians targeted a facility in Nikopol, resulting in reports of five people injured.

On Monday morning, January 27, Russian forces shelled the city of Nikopol. An industrial enterprise was damaged.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, Serhiy Lysak.

"Since morning, the Russian army has been terrorizing Nikopol," Lysak wrote.

According to him, as a result of the shelling, five men were injured. They are aged between 30 and 39, and all have been hospitalized.

Additionally, a fire broke out due to the shelling, which firefighters quickly extinguished. An industrial enterprise was damaged.

It is worth noting that today during the nighttime attack by Russia on Ukrainian territory, the city of Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region were affected. Rescue teams continue to address the aftermath of the attack.

Night Attack on Ukraine

In the night of Monday, January 27, the Russian army attacked Ukrainian territory with strike drones from various directions. Due to the drone attack, an air raid alert was declared in Kyiv, at the same time reports of air defense operations in the capital surfaced.

Reports of air defense operations were also made in the Ivano-Frankivsk region - the Russians attacked the region several times using strike drones. The targets were critical infrastructure facilities.
