The plant is part of the Tactical Missile Weapons Corporation. Reports from the media suggest that the plant repairs air-to-air and air-to-surface guided missiles, ground communication equipment, and flight radar support systems.

Since the onset of the full-scale war, the number of fires and explosions in Russia has significantly increased. The SBU, GUR of the Ministry of Defense, and Ukrainian Defense Forces regularly target strategically important enemy facilities, including ammunition depots, oil refineries, and military bases. These strikes aim to reduce the combat potential of the Russian army and increase psychological pressure on the adversary.
Specifically, last night, Russians reported a drone attack in Ryazan. Locals mentioned ten explosions near an oil refinery that occurred at midnight.
Subsequently, it became known that drones from the Security Service of Ukraine and Special Operations Forces attacked several enemy facilities involved in supporting the Russian occupation army on the night of January 24.
