Russians shelled the Kharkiv region with KAB bombs, resulting in injuries to seven individuals.

Russian occupiers shelled the Zolochiv community in the Kharkiv region using guided aerial bombs (GABs). As a result of the strikes, seven individuals sustained injuries.

This information is reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the Telegram channel of Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration (OVA).

According to Synegubov, the terrorists attacked the village of Zolochiv around 11:27. One of the munitions struck a private residential house.

Initially, four injured individuals were reported, including a 12-year-old boy. However, the OVA chairman later stated that the number of casualties has increased to six.

"Three of them have been hospitalized in healthcare facilities. The others received assistance on-site from medical personnel," he added.

The number of injured has risen again

As written by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, there are currently reports of seven injured individuals.

As a result of the shelling:

• two private houses were destroyed;
• 11 residential properties and outbuildings were damaged.

"Hits from guided aerial bombs have also been recorded in the vicinity of the villages of Svitlychne, Berezivka, Makarikha, and Oreshansky Forest. Relevant services are working at the incident sites," the Ministry of Internal Affairs added.

Shelling of Ukraine by Russia

During the full-scale war, Russia systematically carries out missile, artillery, and drone attacks on Ukrainian territory. Key targets include energy facilities, industrial enterprises, residential buildings, and more. Such attacks aim not only to inflict material damage but also to instill panic among the population.

Cities and settlements near the front line and state border are under constant fire. The Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions suffer the most, where shelling causes significant destruction and numerous civilian casualties.

Last night, the enemy resorted to a combined attack, launching cruise missiles and ballistic weapons. Specifically, they targeted with drones. A total of 124 drones were launched from five directions. The air defense succeeded in destroying 57 UAVs, while another 64 enemy decoy drones were locally lost.
