As reported by RBK-Ukraine, this was stated by the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin during an address to the Russian people.

According to the dictator, Russia allegedly carried out a combined strike on a Ukrainian defense facility in response to attacks by American and British weapons on Russia.

"A test of Russia's latest medium-range missile system was conducted under combat conditions. In this case, with a non-nuclear payload for the missile," said Putin.

Putin claimed that this was supposedly a response to the permission given by Ukraine's Western partners to strike the territory of the Russian Federation. He traditionally asserted that there are allegedly no means in the world to counter Russian "Oreshnik" missiles.

It is worth noting that there is currently no publicly available information about this missile.
