On the night of Tuesday, February 11, the Russian army launched another missile strike on the territory of Ukraine. The Poltava region was under fire.

This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Poltava Regional State Administration.

According to preliminary data, as a result of the missile strike, 9 settlements in the Myrhorod district were left without gas supply. No hits on civilian infrastructure were recorded.

"Do not neglect your safety! Stay in shelters until the air raid alert is lifted," the Regional State Administration warned.

Night Strike on Ukrainian Territory

Last night, the Russian Federation carried out another combined strike on the territory of Ukraine.

Initially, the Russians used drones and Kalibr cruise missiles. After some time, information emerged about the threat of shelling from Russian strategic aviation. It was then recorded that Russian missiles were moving towards the Poltava region.

It is worth noting that due to the missile strike, emergency power outages were implemented in Ukraine. Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko stated that Russia is once again attempting to attack Ukraine's energy system.

Previous Shelling of Ukraine

Recall that the previous large-scale shelling occurred on the night of February 1, when Russian troops launched a combined strike on Ukraine. The occupiers fired 123 drones and 42 missiles of various types.

At that time, in Poltava, an enemy missile hit a five-story building. As a result of the attack, an entire entrance was destroyed. Seventeen people were injured in the missile attack, including four children. Emergency Service fighters rescued 22 people. Due to the strike on the building, 14 people lost their lives.
