The Russian Federation launched "Shahed" type drones over the territory of Ukraine on the afternoon of Thursday, December 12. Air raid alerts have been declared in several regions.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Air Forces and the Air Raid Alert Map.
According to the Air Forces, a group of enemy strike drones has been observed in the northern and eastern parts of the Chernihiv region, as well as along the border of Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk.
Additionally, there were warnings about the threat of tactical aviation strikes along the border of the Sumy region.
Residents of the regions where alerts have been declared are reminded to remain calm and seek shelter in case of threat. It is also important to note that filming the operation of air defense systems is prohibited in Ukraine.
It is worth noting that prior to this, Russia had not used strike drones for its attacks since December 10. This marked a brief pause in Russian assaults since the beginning of autumn.
