The Russian army launched a missile strike on the Poltava region during the night of Tuesday, February 11. The targets included facilities belonging to "Naftogaz."

According to preliminary data, the production facilities of "Naftogaz" in the Poltava region sustained damage. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
Currently, "Naftogaz" is taking all necessary measures to stabilize the gas supply situation in the Poltava region.
"Thank you to all our colleagues who continue to extract, store, and supply gas to all categories of consumers during this extremely challenging time. Despite all the challenges, we are committed to maintaining the country's energy stability," said Naftogaz Group leader Roman Chumak.
In the night from Monday to Tuesday, February 11, the Russian Federation again launched a combined strike on Ukrainian territory. Around midnight, the Russians used drones and Kalibr cruise missiles. By morning, there was news of a threat of shelling from Russian strategic aviation. It was reported that Russian missiles were heading towards the Poltava region.
According to preliminary data, as a result of the missile strike, 9 settlements in the Myrhorod district were left without gas supply.
Additionally, due to the shelling, emergency electricity shutdowns were implemented in Ukraine. According to Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko, Russia is once again attempting to attack Ukraine's energy system.
