The Russian dictator Vladimir Putin believes that Ukraine is incapable of using Western weaponry. Therefore, Russia can now target the countries that have assisted Ukraine in this regard.
As reported by RBK-Ukraine, he made this statement during an address to the Russian people.
According to Putin, Ukraine supposedly lacks the ability to operate Western long-range weapons independently. He claims that "direct involvement of military specialists from the countries that produce such weapons" is necessary. The dictator states that since missiles manufactured in the USA and the UK have been launched at Russia, "the regional conflict has acquired elements of a global nature."
"We will determine the targets for our latest missile systems based on the threats to the security of the Russian Federation," Putin said.
He believes that Russia seemingly has the right to use its weapons against the military facilities of those countries that allow their weaponry to be used against the RF.
This morning, during another wave of large-scale shelling in Ukraine, Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile at Dnipro from the Astrakhan region.
As Putin later stated, Russia allegedly struck Ukrainian territory with the "Oreshnik" ballistic missile, marking its trial use.
Putin also confirmed that facilities in the Kursk and Bryansk regions were hit by ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles.
