PrivatBank has announced a significant reduction in tariffs for international transfers.
During the winter holidays, the commission for transfers from currency cards to foreign cards has been halved, making these services more accessible for clients, reports the bank's press service on Telegram.
New tariffs for international transfers
“For the holiday period, PrivatBank is reducing tariffs for international transfers from currency cards by half,” the bank stated in its official announcement.
Until February 15, 2025, the commission for making transfers via the "Privat24" mobile app is only 1% of the amount (but not less than 50 hryvnias), down from the previous rate of 2%.
According to board member for retail business Dmitry Musienko, this initiative aims to enhance access to modern digital services for Ukrainians and help them support their relatives and friends around the world.
How to make a transfer
PrivatBank also reminded how to use the transfer service to foreign cards. To do this, you need to:
Open the mobile app or the web version of "Privat24".
Select the "Transfer to foreign card" option from the menu.
Enter the details of the foreign card.
Specify the transfer amount.
Confirm the operation.
The bank noted that transfers are only possible from PrivatBank currency cards in US dollars or euros. If a client does not have such a card, it can be easily opened remotely through "Privat24", and they can even make an instant currency purchase online.
