Consequences of the attack on the Kyiv region: air defense shot down enemy drones, and reports indicate one person has been injured.

On Friday, January 3, the Russian army once again launched attacks on Ukrainian territory using strike drones. This time, air defense systems were engaged against enemy targets in the Kyiv region.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

According to the report, the enemy targeted the Kyiv region with drones throughout the day. As a result of the air defense efforts, enemy targets were shot down, and debris fell in open areas. There were no hits on residential or critical infrastructure reported.

Meanwhile, there is information about an injured individual - a man born in 1953 sustained a shrapnel wound to the back. He has now been hospitalized.

We remind you that today, multiple air raid alerts were declared in several regions of Ukraine. During this time, the Air Forces warned of a ballistic strike threat.

In particular, during one of these incidents, the Russian army launched a missile strike on the city of Chernihiv. There is already information about one casualty and several injuries.

Prior to this, enemy drones also attacked the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. As a result of the air defense operations, drone debris fell in the Holosiivskyi and Darnytskyi districts.
