Russian special services oversee operations involving explosions at the TCK, according to the Center for Political Analysis.

Operations involving explosions at Ukrainian recruiting centers are overseen by the security services of the Russian Federation. Concurrently, a media campaign aimed at disrupting mobilization in Ukraine is intensifying.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing Telegram from Andrey Kovalenko, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council.

According to him, operations against Ukrainian military personnel, including those involving explosions at recruiting centers, are managed by the structures of the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.

"Alongside this, the ongoing media campaign that has been in place since 2022 is intensifying, but especially significant efforts to undermine mobilization and infiltrate the media segment (bloggers, bots, social networks) have been increasingly made since 2024," Kovalenko added.

Explosions at Ukrainian Recruiting Centers

This evening, an explosion occurred near a recruiting center in Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk region. The specifics of what exploded are still unknown. Reports indicate one individual was injured, sustaining minor wounds. Police are on the scene, working to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident.

Previously, as a result of an explosion at the Rivne regional recruiting center, one person lost their life, and six others were injured.

It should be noted that operations aimed at disrupting mobilization also include the attack in Pyriatyn, Poltava region, that occurred yesterday. An unknown assailant in a balaclava and camouflage pants attempted to "rescue" an acquaintance and opened fire.

The incident took place at a gas station where a vehicle carrying mobilized individuals, who were being escorted to a training center, had stopped. During the attack, the man shot a representative of the recruiting center.

Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapaty, described the murder of the recruiting center serviceman as a red line. According to him, a swift and harsh response from the authorities is the only option in the face of lawlessness against military personnel.
