Russian occupiers struck Zaporizhzhia during the night of October 12. As a result of the shelling, three individuals were injured in the city, with impacts recorded on civilian infrastructure and a local enterprise.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration (OVA) Ivan Fedorov.
According to the official, during the nighttime assault on Zaporizhzhia, the enemy targeted private residential houses and the production facilities of one of the city's enterprises.
"Preliminary reports indicate that three people were injured," he shared in his Telegram channel early in the morning.
The head of the OVA added that medical personnel provided necessary assistance to the injured.
The State Emergency Service published photos of the aftermath of Russian airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia. As reported by the emergency services, on October 12, one person was injured and a private house was completely destroyed as a result of the attack.
"Rescuers continue to carry out emergency and rescue operations, and the number of injured is being clarified," the State Emergency Service stated.
Additionally, the emergency responders reported that a fire in warehouse facilities and workshops covering an area of 15 square meters was extinguished. Facades and glazing of houses were damaged due to the airstrikes.
A total of 34 rescuers and 6 units of equipment were involved in the aftermath response. Police, bomb disposal experts, and Red Cross volunteers are working at the scene, the State Emergency Service added.

It was previously reported that explosions occurred in Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding region during the night. Prior to this, the launch of guided aerial bombs (KAB) by Russian invaders in this region, particularly targeting the regional center, was recorded.
Meanwhile, the Air Force informed about the threat of enemy airstrikes in Zaporizhzhia region several times throughout the night and into the morning.
It is also worth noting that earlier, on October 7, in Zaporizhzhia, infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of enemy airstrikes, and three workers at these facilities were injured.
