On Monday, November 25, President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff. The topic was the restoration of Ukraine's infrastructure following the attack on November 17.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the president's Telegram channel.

According to Zelensky, during the meeting he heard reports from representatives of the Ministry of Energy, "Naftogaz," and all key industry participants.

"We discussed the progress of recovery after the Russian shelling on November 17 and the further protection of all critical facilities," Zelensky stated.

He also mentioned that the issue of gas infrastructure and energy generation—nuclear, hydro, and thermal—was discussed. The possibility of increasing electricity imports into Ukraine was also on the agenda.

"There was a report from the Air Forces regarding the protection of critical infrastructure from the air. We are taking the most effective experience of layered air defense and applying it to other regions," Zelensky wrote.

The president noted that there was also a report from the Ministry of Defense concerning contracting and advance payments for Ukrainian manufacturers of weapons, shells, missiles, and drones.

Russian Attacks on Ukrainian Territory

On November 17, Russia carried out yet another massive shelling of Ukrainian territory, targeting critical infrastructure and civilian facilities. As a result of the attack, damage and power outages were reported in several regions.

In Ukraine, power outage schedules were implemented. Currently, infrastructure restoration is underway.
