He explains that Ukraine needs to be in NATO to have the nuclear umbrella from the U.S., France, and Britain, which is preferable because their arsenals are larger than what Ukraine could afford in the long run. Additionally, the expert notes that developing its own nuclear weapons is not easy, as the IAEA and other international organizations will obstruct such efforts.
Furthermore, he adds that if we use nuclear weapons against Russia in response to Iskander strikes, they will use them against us as well. However, the expert states that Russia is unlikely to use nuclear weapons against us, thanks to the positions of the U.S., China, and India, which are against escalating the world into a Third or Fourth World War.
