Эксперт прогнозирует, что в ближайшее время следует ожидать масштабные атаки с использованием дронов и ракет.

The Russian Federation possesses verified and confirmed intelligence regarding the placement of infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. This is why, recently, enemy missiles have been targeting the gas distribution and gas extraction sectors of the country.

Former spokesperson for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Vladislav Seleznev, stated this in a comment to the YouTube channel RBC-Ukraine.

According to him, it is important to understand that currently, no less than 15 Tu-95 and Tu-160 bombers in Russia are already prepared to carry out a large-scale missile attack on Ukraine.

"Whether this will happen soon, or if there will be some pause, is, of course, unknown to me. But it is clear that the Russians have the resources to conduct such combined missile and drone attacks. It is also evident that the enemy has directed its strikes at energy infrastructure to deprive our citizens of electricity and adequate heating in their homes, creating the most unfavorable conditions for all our residents," Seleznev explained.

In his opinion, Russia likely aims to make the Ukrainian government more compliant when it comes to entering a certain negotiation track. However, one should consider such actions from Russia, as the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin operates in a manner aimed at achieving a satisfactory result at any cost.

This is precisely why attacks are currently occurring on facilities that have no relation to the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Seleznev is confident that such incidents will continue in the near future, as weather conditions are not improving. Therefore, large-scale drone and missile attacks should also be expected soon.

"I believe we should not underestimate the enemy. They possess verified and confirmed intelligence about the location of our infrastructure facilities. Recently, enemy missiles have been targeting the gas distribution and gas extraction sectors of our country," he stated.

It is likely that the enemy is looking for opportunities to strike at the moment when Ukraine is most vulnerable.

Night Strike on Ukrainian Territory

Last night, the Russian army carried out a combined strike on Ukrainian territory. Initially, the enemy launched drones and Kalibr cruise missiles, and by morning, information emerged about the threat of shelling from Russian strategic aviation. As a result of the shelling, movements of Russian missiles towards the Poltava region were recorded.

As a result of the attack, emergency power outages were implemented in Ukraine. Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko noted that Russia is once again attempting to strike at the country's energy system.

Additionally, during the night’s combined attack, 17 drones were shot down over the Cherkasy region. It is known that two people were injured as a result of the attack.

According to the Air Forces, on the night of February 11, the Russian army launched 124 strike-type drones and up to 19 cruise missiles towards Ukraine.
