Former judge of the culinary show "Master Chef" Tatiana Litvinova invites you to prepare delicious potato zrazy with mushrooms and spinach.
To recreate the chef's recipe, you will need:
- 500 g of potatoes (boiled)
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 1 yolk
- 200 g of mushrooms (champignons or others)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 100 g of spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Oil for frying
Thoroughly mash the boiled potatoes into a puree. Add the starch and yolk. Mix until smooth and let it cool.
In a pan, heat vegetable oil, add chopped mushrooms, and sauté until golden brown. Add minced garlic, spinach, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for a few more minutes until the spinach wilts. The filling is ready; let it cool slightly.
From the cooled potato mixture, form small round patties. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each. Fold the edges to conceal the filling and shape the zrazy into flat round cakes.
In a preheated pan with oil, place the zrazy and fry over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the zrazy hot with sour cream or sauce of your choice. The paprika will add even more aroma to the dish.
Potato zrazy are delicious, quick, and convenient! Don't forget that zrazy can be frozen. By preparing them in advance, you'll always have a tasty dish on hand. Be sure to try this recipe.
