Drone strike in Zaporizhia: local authorities report the aftermath (video).

In Zaporizhzhia, as a result of a Russian airstrike last night, February 17, warehouses have been damaged and a fire has broken out. The enemy utilized strike drones for the assault.

This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, citing Telegram messages from Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

"The Russians attacked the city with 10 drones," the official reported in a post around four o'clock in the morning.

The OVA head mentioned that preliminary reports indicate there were no casualties; however, "the blast wave damaged storage facilities and caused fires."

It is worth noting that prior to this, Fedorov also released footage of the fire that erupted due to the enemy's drone attack.

The OVA chief stated that the fire occurred in a non-residential building.

"Preliminarily, there are no casualties. Emergency services are already heading to the scene," he wrote on Telegram.

Enemy Attack Using Drones

Earlier, it was reported that around half past two in the morning, the OVA head spoke about explosions in the Zaporizhzhia region. There were also reports of explosions near the city of Zaporizhzhia.

Before this, RBK-Ukraine mentioned that Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with "Shaheds", resulting in "hits" in two districts of the city. Three individuals were injured (experiencing acute stress reactions), a household structure caught fire, and residential buildings were damaged.

Additionally, we remind that around half past midnight explosions were heard in Kyiv amidst a drone attack, with reports of air defense operations in the capital and Kyiv region.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the evening prior, Russian invaders launched strike drones towards Ukraine, with UAVs approaching from various directions.
