The access of TCK and SP to such databases is not a cure-all for the problems that arise during mobilization.

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 932, TCKs have access to all databases. This enables them to obtain comprehensive information about individuals subject to military registration, which theoretically should simplify and improve the mobilization process. However, TCK representatives emphasize that this does not address the issue of raids, as effective mobilization requires personal contact with citizens.
"The primary functions of TCK and SP involve mobilizing conscripted citizens of Ukraine for military service. 'Access to databases' does not solve this issue in any way," the press service notes.
It is highlighted that the actual optimization of the mobilization process depends on the activity of the conscripted individuals themselves. If a person shows up at their TCK, it will significantly ease the work of the authorities, as it will help avoid unnecessary raids and ensure the precise fulfillment of legislative requirements.
"The ability to optimize operations can be provided by the conscripted citizens of Ukraine themselves, by visiting the TCK and SP where they are registered. This will simplify the work of TCK in reminding citizens of their constitutional duty to defend the country," the TCK concluded.
