Senior Detective of the Economic Security Bureau, Maxim Kondratiuk, this year purchased an apartment in Odessa valued at 4.4 million UAH.
This information was revealed through his declaration, as reported by Novosti.LIVE.
The apartment spans 117 square meters. Maxim Kondratiuk bought it at the end of October from a private individual. The initial deposit amounted to 844,200 UAH.
Moreover, the amount he spent on the property significantly exceeds his annual salary. Last year, Kondratiuk's declared income was 426,500 UAH.
Additionally, the detective's wife owns an apartment with an area of 47.6 square meters, and he drives a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, which belongs to his brother.

According to the investigation, from 2020 to 2023, he acquired various assets, including real estate, vehicles, and cryptocurrency totaling 35.8 million UAH. Among the assets are a residential house with a garage, pool, and other structures in the vicinity of Poltava, a land plot beneath it, an apartment in Poltava, and property rights to several apartments in new buildings in the city. Additionally, he purchased 73 agricultural land plots, a jet ski with a trailer, and cryptocurrency worth 6.6 million UAH.
