CNN: A driver who crashed into a crowd in New Orleans was found with an ISIS flag.

In the United States, an investigation is ongoing regarding a pickup truck that drove into a crowd in New Orleans. The driver has already been found with a flag of the terrorist group ISIS.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing CNN.

Details about the ISIS flag were disclosed to the publication by unnamed sources within law enforcement.

According to one of CNN's sources, several explosive devices were discovered in a container filled with ice that was located in the pickup truck.

At the same time, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has stated that it is treating the incident as a "terrorist act."

Investigators are looking into possible accomplices of the suspect, as well as his political or religious beliefs and whether he is connected to ISIS.

The Incident in New Orleans

Reminder, today, January 1, it was reported that in New Orleans, a vehicle crashed into a crowd of people celebrating the New Year. It is known that 10 people lost their lives, while dozens more were injured.

According to media reports, police shot the driver when he exited the vehicle.
