The Russian Federation deployed aviation in attempts to advance near Kurakhovo, according to the General Staff.
Over the past day, 252 combat encounters were recorded along the front line. The enemy launched 13 airstrikes against the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas.
This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the Russians dropped 52 KABs on populated areas of Ukraine. Additionally, they carried out over four thousand shellings, including 182 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed more than a thousand kamikaze drones for strikes.
The aggressor conducted airstrikes particularly in the areas of the following settlements: Kotlino, Zverево, Uspenovka, Konstantinopol, Andreevka in Donetsk region; Temirovka and Stepnogorsk in Zaporizhzhia region.
In the past day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces targeted an area where personnel, weapons, and military equipment were concentrated, one command post, and a field ammunition depot of the enemy.
Situation on the Fronts
In the Kharkiv direction, four combat encounters occurred yesterday in the vicinity of Volchansk with Russian invaders.
In the Kupiansk direction, there were 19 attacks by the invaders over the day. The Defense Forces repelled assault actions by the enemy near Kondrashovka, Petropavlivka, Kolesnykivka, Nova Kruhlyakivka, Lozova, Dvurechna, and Bohuslavka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 27 times, attempting to break through our defenses near Hrekivka, Novoehorivka, Zelenyi Hai, Tverdokhlebovo, Nadiya, Novosergiyivka, Ternovy, Shiykivka, Serhiyivka, Makeivka, and Ivanivka.
In the Siversk direction, our defenders repelled 13 enemy assaults in the area of Bilohorivka over the past day.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers launched nine attacks in the areas of Stupochky, Predtechyno, and Chasiv Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy conducted 18 attacks towards Diliivka, Dachne, Bila Hora, Shcherbynivka, and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders halted 30 assault actions by the aggressor in the areas of Myroliubivka, Dachenske, Novyi Trud, Novotroitske, Zelenyi, Novoelyzavetivka, Novoolevka, Novopustynka, Vozdvizhanka, Luch, Lisovka, and Uspenivka.
In the Kurakhiv direction, the Defense Forces repelled 32 attacks. Using aviation, the occupiers attempted to advance near the settlements of Kurakhovo, Petropavlivka, Sontsivka, Stari Terny, Dachne, Konstantinopol, and Andreevka.
In the Vremivka direction, the enemy launched 35 assaults on our positions in the areas of Novodaryvka, Konstantynivka, Razliv, Razdolne, Storozeve, Velyka Novosilka, Novyi Komar, and Novosilka.
In the Huliaipole direction, our defenders repelled two enemy assaults in the area of Bilohirya.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted four times to dislodge our defenders from their positions in the areas of Novodanilivka and Lobkove.
Three times, without success, the invading forces tried to push the Defense Forces units from their positions in the Dniprovsk direction.
Operations continue in the Kursk region. Yesterday, our defenders repelled 46 enemy assaults, while the enemy shelled the positions of our troops with 385 artillery strikes, including 9 from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected.
Russian Losses
Our troops are inflicting significant losses on the occupying forces in terms of personnel and equipment, actively undermining the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
In total, over the past day, losses of Russian invaders amounted to 1,630 personnel. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized 9 tanks, 30 armored personnel carriers, 10 artillery systems, 44 operational-tactical level UAVs, 47 vehicles, and 3 units of special equipment.
