Debris fell on homes and a medical facility: the aftermath of the drone attack in the Kyiv region.

The Russian army attacked Ukrainian territory with drones again last night. Air defense forces were active in the Kyiv region.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.

This time, the alert in the Kyiv region lasted nearly 5 hours, with air defense forces engaged. There were targets that were shot down.

Fortunately, there were no casualties among the population. Additionally, there were no hits on residential or critical infrastructure facilities.

However, as a result of debris falling in one of the settlements, 4 private houses, a dormitory, and a medical facility were damaged. The damage is minor: windows were broken and facades were chipped. Three vehicles and an emergency medical service vehicle were also damaged.

Shelling of Ukraine

Last night, Russian military forces once again attacked the airspace of Ukraine with Shahed-type kamikaze drones. Alerts were declared in many regions, and air defense forces were operational.

In particular, it is known that on the night of January 13, the Russian Federation used 110 strike unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed type and decoy drones against Ukraine. Air defense managed to destroy 78 of them.
